Jatbaaz's Terms & Conditions

Jatbaaz (https://jatbaaz.bet) is an online Sports Betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Jatbaaz and its users ("you" or "user").

You are responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Jatbaaz. During registration, you are required to confirm that you are legally eligible to participate in online betting.

If a user registers with false information and is subsequently found to be under 18 years of age, the account will be permanently closed and all funds held may be forfeited.

The following individuals are also ineligible to use Jatbaaz:

• Jatbaaz employees and their immediate family members
• Individuals whose accounts were previously closed due to fraudulent activity
• Individuals who have opted for self-exclusion (during the exclusion period)

The rules governing deposits and withdrawals on Jatbaaz are detailed below:

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit amount is subject to the limits stated on the platform.

• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.

Withdrawal:

• Maximum Bet Limit: Maximum bet limits are set individually for each event and market.
• Live Betting: Live betting odds change rapidly. Jatbaaz is not responsible for any discrepancies caused by network delays.

Jatbaaz strictly prohibits the use of automated betting software, bots, or any form of system exploitation. Any such activity detected will result in immediate action.

Jatbaaz offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• While one bonus offer is active, other bonuses may not be applicable simultaneously.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jatbaaz:

4. Exploiting the system through odds matching or arbitrage betting.
5. Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
6. Collusion with other users or match fixing.
7. Attempting to breach or circumvent the platform's security systems.
8. Deliberately placing bets by taking advantage of incorrect odds or technical errors.

If evidence of involvement in any of the above activities is found, Jatbaaz will permanently close the account, forfeit deposited funds, and take legal action where necessary.

Jatbaaz may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• If a suspicious transaction or potential fraud is detected.
• At the direction of a regulatory authority.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

Users may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance prior to closure may be withdrawn in accordance with our policy, though this may be put on hold during an ongoing investigation.

Jatbaaz is not liable for the following:

• Loss of a bet or session timeout due to an internet connection failure.
• Delays or errors on the part of a third-party payment provider.
• Unforeseen technical failures or force majeure circumstances.
• Any loss or damage resulting from a security vulnerability on your device or network.
• Financial losses arising from betting decisions.

Our total liability under any circumstances shall not exceed the value of the transaction in question. Jatbaaz is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

At Jatbaaz, we believe betting is entertainment, not addiction. We are committed to responsible betting and offer the following tools to support that:

• Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
• Betting Limits: Set a daily limit on how much you wager.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 7 days and 5 years.
